“ Absolutely the best fish n hush puppies in ga. All food excellent. Laid back atmosphere. Service phenomena l. Celebrated grandsons birthday there tonight. ”
“ This restaurant is a local, family owned place for memories and great food. Even if you are not blood family, you are treated as such. From the catfish to the BBQ, to the hush puppies, to the fried chicken the food is delicious. I do have to tell you there is a good chance while you are eating you may make friends with others in the restaurant whom you have never met. Love this place! ”
“ This place is awesome! Its nicely tucked away from everyone. We are hesitant to write a review because we dont want it crowded, which could slow us down from getting to the delicious catfish. We will start by saying that they only take cash and checks. We didnt have either, so we had to scurry to an ATM. The little gas station at the top of the road DOES NOT have an ATM. We had to go up towards Madison. The line starts filling up before they open, then people just pour in. Before we were seated, Lisa told us that she was going to let us know where an ATM was, somewhere closer, but we got out of there so fast she didnt have a chance. Very nice lady! Our waitress, Amber was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The hush puppies were delicious! The coleslaw was some of the best that we have had. The catfish was hot and fresh. It was basically still cooking when it got to our table. It was like 20 for all you can eat catfish and well worth it. We will definitely be back. Maybe today! Give these folks a try. You wont be disappointed. Just save us some! ”
“ Passing through from Virginia and fell into this place. Boy am I glad we did. Service was outstanding! The iced tea for this parched traveler just kept coming and the wonderful hush puppies were delivered before I even finished sitting down. The catfish was the best Ive had in years. The stew was better well at least as good as what we have in Virginia. Saved this place to my gps so I can come back on my next trip to bama to see the inlaws. Thanks. ”
